Every human being on earth wants to live long and healthy life. Healthy is good we can feel it when we experience pain. For healthy living is not difficult and not expensive. Stay ourselves that menjalankkan, there are some simple tips from me hopefully be useful to us all.
- Always keep clean start our own bodies, the clothes we wear and the environment around us.
- The pattern of our daily meals, eating very necessary for humans as a source of energy for daily activities. A good meal is not too full to eat enough and no less. Vegetables and fruits are good for our bodies as well as drinking enough water. Fasting one way to improve digestion our bodies
- Drink enough clean water. Get used to drinking water after waking in the morning at least 3 glasses because it can clean the digestive stomach.
- Exercise is enough. exercise does not need an expensive one. for example with a jog in our room or push-ups can be done in the room. Toxins in the body so that we can come out with sweat. Also the circulation in our body can be smoothly. Enough sleep, good sleep is 6-7 hours in 24 hours.
